We offer standard shipping via trackable postal service. Delivery times may vary from each destination.
We usually ship within 24-48 hours after having received your order/payment. Shipments take place from on week days, Saturday, Sunday, bank holidays excluded.
All the shipments are SIGNED FOR. Postal service may deliver on Saturdays as well in some destinations. Please indicate as shipping address a place where there's always somebody to receive the order. Please clearly indicate the NAME AND LAST NAME ON THE RING BELL, if different from yours.
If nobody is at home for delivery, you'll find a delivery note. For standard shipping via postal service, please go with the delivery notice to the nearest postal service to collect the parcel.
Returns/Cancellations/Claims for damaged items
If you need to cancel an order, please write an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, If your order hasn't been shipped yet, it'll be cancelled and refunded less the administrative costs for the refund. Wheras, if it has been shipped yet, you could either refuse the parcel or accept it and send it back to us. In any case, you'll be refunded for your order amount less shipping charges and administratuve costs.
If you have changed your mind regarding the ordered products, you can return the unused and still sealed products to ViVa Kids within 14 days from the date of the delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Babywearing Items like woven wraps, ring slings, carriers, etc., must be inquired for return within 3 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY. You could ask as refund a credit for future purchase, a product in substitution, or a complete refund of the returned item (excluded shipping and administrative costs).
In all the cases, the return will be accepted only for intact items, complete with original labels and clearly not worn (if not to try it on) or washed. Therefore, please check immediately whether the size you ordered is correct or not.
In order to return a product, e-mail us at email@example.com and provide your name, order number and a brief description of the problem. Our customer service will send you complete instructions on how to return your package.
The shipping costs for returning the items are at customer's expense, except in case of wrong/damaged items.

Once confirmed your order, you'll be redirected to PayPal website, where you could proceed with the payment. On PayPal you could either log in to your PayPal account and make the payment or, if you don't have a PayPal account, you could pay with a credit card by clicking on grey button "Pay with Card".
If you choose this payment method, a pop-up will be displayed and you could enter you credit card details. All credit card payments are processed via credit card service provider Stripe. Stripe is a registered payment company certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider.
Payments over 50€ are 3d secured. If you're note registered yet to Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code programmes, you could do so by following the instructions it'll appear on the new window/pop up.
Anticipated Bank Transfer
When confirmed your order, you could see al the bank transfer details on the last step of the purchasing process. You'll also receive the details via e-mail, so please check also your spam box. Your order will be reserved for 3 working days, after which if the payment hasn't been made will be automatically cancelled.
